‘Servant x Service’ Manga Getting Print Edition

‘Servant x Service’ Manga Getting Print Edition After initially acquiring the rights to the series聽Servant x Service back in April with plans for a digital-only release, Yen Press has now announced that the property will be getting a print edition as well. Four panel series are still mostly a rare affair in the US for getting released so this is certainly welcome news. The company is planning for a spring 2016 release with April targeted for it. It’ll be released as two omnibus editions with two volumes per omnibus.

The series comes from聽Working!! creator Karino Takatsu and ran for four volumes between 2007 and 2014 when it ended that summer. An anime adaptation was produced by A-1 Pictures that was released in North America by Aniplex USA.

Plot concept: By the author of Working!!, this 4-koma features the staff of the health and welfare section of the ward office of a certain city. Newcomers Hasebe Yutaka, Yamagami, Miyoshi Saya, and their supervisor Ichimiya Taishi go through the everyday quirks of working at their office.

Another tidbit of happy news: Servant x Service in addition to digital will also get a print release in two-vol editions starting Apr. 2016!
