Siren Visual Planning ‘Monster’ Anime Complete Box Set

Siren Visual Planning ‘Monster’ Anime Complete Box Set Siren Visual continues to be one of the few places where fans can pick up the anime series Monster, though it’s limited by region and format. The company has talked about doing a complete box set for awhile and now it looks like it’s getting closer to reality as they’ve abandoned one of the things that was holding it up. The intent was creating a new booklet with it but there’s been delays and issues in getting clearances from Japan on it, so they’re taking that out of the equation and setting things into motion to be able to provide the complete set – though it’ll only be available via their site.

Monster will have a complete box set available exclusively on our website over the coming months. This box will not include the booklet we were planning as we have been unable to clear the articles from the Japanese booklets with their respective writers. This has been the main hold-up with getting this box released and we have exhausted all avenues. We weighed up our options and we have decided to release the box without the booklet at a very nice price. The booklet *may* be produced at a later date, but please don’t ask us when or if we “have any news about the booklet”…we’re in the dark on that one and it’s highly likely that it will never happen. We came, we saw, we tried and it’s currently sitting in the too-hard basket (which is overflowing at the moment)!

Series concept: Johan is a cold and calculating killer with a mysterious past, and brilliant Dr. Kenzo Tenma is the only one who can stop him! Conspiracy and serial murder open the door to a compelling, intricately woven plot.

Everyone faces uncertainty at some point in their lives. Even a brilliant surgeon like Kenzo Tenma is no exception. But there’s no way he could have known that his decision to stop chasing professional success and instead concentrate on his oath to save peoples’ lives would result in the birth of an abomination. The questions of good and evil now take on a terrifyingly real dimension.

Years later, in Germany during the tumultuous post-reunification period, middle-aged childless couples are being killed one after another. The serial killer’s identity is known. The reasons why he kills are not. Dr. Tenma sets out on a journey to find the killer’s twin sister, who may hold some clues to solving the enigma of the “Monster.”
