Though there’re no expectations of seeing this in North American anytime soon, or likely in our lifetimes, Japanese distributor Flying Dog has revealed a new fifteen-second and thirty-second set of promos for their upcoming Blu-ray box sets for Gaogaigar. The show is getting two box sets released, the first with thirty episodes on November 25th, 2015 for 36,000 yen, and the second with the remaining nineteen episodes on February 17th, 2016 for 24,000 yen.
The first set comes with a 36-page booklet, an 110-page visual album and a new commentary by the staff and cast with the episodes being covered determined by a vote on the official site. The second season brings in the clean opening and closing sequences, commercials and to commercials as well as the animated sequences from the games if they’re able to do it. This set also will have another book and visual album and commentary track to be determined.
Media Blasters previously released the series on DVD in North America.
