Every week, the Fandom Post community suggests and votes on a new Top 5 list about something in anime, most often from the current season. It’s our way of highlighting something fun or interesting or strange—or even meaningful—about what’s airing now, or about anime in general.
Anime fans tend to be a romantic lot. After a fashion. They either bet on who will end up with whom in the same manner they’d guess a punchline, or, playing the matchmaker, just put one favorite character together with another and doing that thing that also refers to transporting goods.
Here are five possible, very likely, or maybe-not-going-to-happen-but-why-not relationships we’re predicting for the Fall 2015 season:
#5: Sakurako and Himawari (YuruYuri San Hai!)
While Chinatsu wants Yui, Ayano pines for Toshino Kyouko, and Akane…should stay away from her sister, air-headed, wayward-fanged Sakurako and level-headed, precocious Himawari seem the safest bet. Their life-long friendship full of bickering rivalry and co-dependent compensating looks, well, the most normal.
#4: Moe Nishinosono and Sohei Sakawa (The Perfect Insider)
Moe has loads of cash and a sweet car, but her college professor Sohei acts more the guardian than possible boyfriend, and there’s this murder mystery they’re about the get neck-high into. High stress situations never result in two people getting together, right?
#3: Tatewaki Shoutarou and Kujou Sakurako (Beautiful Bones)
She loves bones from the dead more than live humans…on the other hand Tatewaki is, like most humans, made of bones. This should work out just fine.
#2: Ikki and Stella (Chivalry of a Failed Knight)
They got body issues out of the way in the beginning. So already way ahead.
#1: Haku and Kuon (Utawarerumono: The False Faces)
She brought him home and named him, so she gets to keep him, right?
