Considering the popularity of the anime, it’s still a surprise that it’s taken this long for some of the manga to makes its way here. Udon Entertainment has announced the acquisition of the Steins;Gate manga series from Tomi Sarachi. The series ran for three volumes when it began back in 2009 and ended in 2013. The publisher will be bringing out the first volume quickly with an August 2015 debut for it. The series originally ran in the Comic Alive magazine.
Sarachi has a few other titles to their credit with Bloody Weapons and After School Black Arts being among the more notable.
Plot concept: The story of Steins;Gate takes place in Akihabara and is about a group of friends who have managed to customize their microwave into a device that can send text messages to the past.
